In TFT nowadays, there is a game mode that the gaming community is very interested in – the 2v2 mode. Specifically, in this game mode, there will be 4 pairs, each consisting of 2 players. The task of the 2 players in the same team, besides competing as usual, is to support each other. If one player is reduced to 0 health, the other player, even if they can continue to fight, will be declared the loser.

Besides helping players to fight against other opponents with their friends, this game mode also allows TFT players to easily upgrade their champions to higher levels or obtain desirable items – something quite difficult in 1v1 mode unless using the risky “eco strategy” or having “good luck”. However, that does not mean that the 2v2 mode lacks its share of humorous and absurd situations.
Recently, a player posted the results of their match on a major TFT forum. It can be seen that this player had 3 5-star 3-star champions: Tahm Kench, Jinx, and Zeri. Additionally, they had 2 5-star 2-star champions: Galio and Jayce. However, this player could only secure 3rd place.

The post also attracted the attention of the TFT community. There were a few comments expressing sympathy, stating that this player was unfortunate because their teammate was eliminated too early.

But upon closer examination, many people had to “turn the tables”, criticizing this player for being too selfish. Accordingly, the teammate who played with this player had “sacrificed” everything for them, to the point where their team was nearly dismantled, with nothing notable left except for a 2-star Draven and a 2-star Vi. Some even bluntly stated: “Playing so selfishly means losing is justified, so why cry?”.

In the 2v2 mode of TFT, sometimes players will have to “sacrifice health” for their teammates to achieve the final victory. Each person’s task is to balance their own team and their teammate’s, because if not, not only will they fail but they may also become the target of criticism from the community for their selfishness.
