Not giving up, Kanya Tantiwiwatkul, a woman from Thailand and the fish’s owner, was determined to find a way to save her pet. She scoured everywhere, looking for medication for the fish and decided to play the role of a veterinarian herself. From that moment on, she gave the goldfish daily medication, frequently changed its water, and even applied ointment on the fish’s wound. The results that followed left many people astonished.
After half a year of continuous treatment, Kanya finally saw the fruits of her labor. The condition of the goldfish gradually improved, new scales began to form over the previously rotten areas. Eventually, the fish’s tail was restored, even more beautiful and vibrant than before. Currently, Kanya’s story and her “zombie” goldfish are receiving a lot of attention from the internet community.
