On the morning of August 26, a leader from the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications (TT-TT) announced that they have tasked the Department Inspectorate to investigate and handle the case of a female streamer who made inappropriate statements insulting high-ranking officials, which are circulating on social media.

According to this individual, the verification process must be cautious, accurate, and legally compliant in both content and procedural order.
Previously, a clip circulated on social media regarding a female streamer who “spoke out of turn” during a livestream. She made derogatory comments towards high-ranking officials.
Specifically, during a livestream on Facebook Gaming, the once-popular female streamer of League of Legends Vietnam, M.L.N. (real name N.T.T.L.), after reading an inappropriate comment from a fan about bald individuals, instead of ignoring it, used a high-ranking official as an example.
It is known that N.T.T.L. is quite famous in the streaming community, with hundreds of thousands of followers across social media platforms.
Immediately after the clip and information about her inappropriate remarks surfaced, many people condemned her and urged relevant authorities to take strict action as a warning to others regarding online speech and insulting others.
