TPO – On August 26, the Cyber Security Department (A05) of the Ministry of Public Security announced that they are coordinating with relevant units to locate streamer N.T.T.L. to investigate her insulting remarks about a senior leader online.
Initially, A05 stated that they are working with relevant units to find streamer N.T.T.L. (26 years old, from Thai Binh) to investigate her offensive comments about a senior leader on social media.
In connection with this incident, on the same day, the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications assigned its inspectors to examine and handle the female streamer (who broadcasts live on social media) for her insulting remarks about senior leaders that are circulating online.

According to information from the leadership of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications, the verification process must be careful, accurate, and comply with legal procedures and content.
Previously, a clip circulated on social media, involving a female streamer (who plays games live on social media) making insulting remarks about a senior state leader.
Specifically, during a live broadcast on Facebook Gaming, the once-popular streamer of the game League of Legends in Vietnam, M.L.N., after reading an inappropriate comment from a fan about bald individuals, used a senior leader as an example.
It is known that N.T.T.L. is quite famous in the streamer community, with hundreds of thousands of followers on social media platforms.
As soon as the clip and information about her inappropriate remarks emerged, many condemned her and urged the relevant authorities to take strict action to set an example for others regarding speech on social media and insulting others.
