Although Microsoft will not hold the launch event for the successor to Windows 10 until June 24, a beta version of Windows 11 has recently leaked online.

According to images posted on the Chinese social media platform Baidu, Windows 11 will feature several interface changes, particularly the Start Menu. The Start Menu of Windows 11 will have a vibe reminiscent of the earlier Windows 10X, with “Live Tiles” removed in favor of application icons and suggestions.

The icons on the Start Menu, including the Start button and the search button (Cortana), are now centered instead of being aligned to the left as seen in current Windows versions. The search interface also shows significant differences compared to Windows 10.

The remaining applications have not changed much compared to Windows 10; however, one noticeable difference in Windows 11 is that all windows feature rounded corners instead of sharp edges as seen currently.

Additionally, Microsoft is also testing widget functionality on Windows 11. Although it is not fully developed yet, we can see the basic shapes of several widgets like weather, stocks, sports, and news.

Furthermore, Windows 11 includes notable changes to the startup screen, startup sounds, wallpapers, icons, and a host of other features that enthusiasts will continue to explore in the coming days.
