Huan Hoa Hong (real name Cao Xuan Huan, born 1984) is widely known as a network gangster with a large number of “online followers”, owning personal pages and fan pages with massive followings reaching hundreds of thousands. On his personal page, Huan frequently posts clips, livestreams using obscene language, and preaching nonsensical gangster philosophy… attracting hundreds of thousands of views.
Like Kha Banh (currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for gambling and organizing gambling), Huan has a notorious past of addiction, debauchery, and delinquency. Huan himself has undergone forced rehabilitation twice.
