Specifically, three notable cases recently involved two female passengers posing and dancing at the airport to record videos, and one girl casually sitting and posing on the luggage carousel at the airport with the caption “Whatever life throws at me.” The purpose of these girls was simply to film videos to post on TikTok showcasing “I have a beautiful location and background” or “I am the trendsetter”, but they did not anticipate the backlash and condemnation from the community that followed.
Do Not Let TikTokers Have a Stage for Inappropriate Content
Many viewers reacted strongly to the inappropriate behaviors of the three aforementioned cases, and they also expressed direct criticism such as:
“These girls have bright appearances but think up tricks to gain views that are unacceptable. This behavior not only tarnishes their own image but also affects the work of many others in the aviation industry.
However, the videos of these girls were still liked and applauded by some people on TikTok. This further satisfies them with their harmful actions. Therefore, to limit the phenomenon of “dirty view baiting” on TikTok, the viewers themselves must be vigilant in condemning and expressing strong attitudes to eliminate negative content,” shared Hoàng Diệu (born 1997, Hanoi).

More harshly, Nguyễn Học stated: “Do these girls think this is a trend or something? Their actions could lead to airport staff being fired. Furthermore, when the first girl posed at the airport was severely criticized, there are still people imitating her for views… It’s truly sad for some of the youth today.”
Bùi Trương Mai Thảo commented: “In public places, especially airports, there are not only locals but also foreigners present. When you publicly perform for TikTok, it leaves a bad impression on foreign tourists. While everyone is waiting to collect their luggage, you are sitting on the carousel – try to see who you resemble.”
“Have fun, but not to the point of being ridiculous and inappropriate! I know you’re confident in showing your personality, but you must know your limits. If I were there, I would speak up to you instead of silently watching my luggage come out on this carousel, only to have your flip-flops trample over it,” Hoàng Mỹ advised.
