Recently, a small video clip about a somewhat simple and not very eye-catching game appeared on Twitter. Many viewers casually commented that this was truly a ugly game product that is hard to accept. However, upon closer examination of this clip and digging deeper, many people realized that this is a horror math game that uses correct answers to fight zombies. It sounds really creepy but is actually very meaningful.

The father’s words shared on Twitter are as follows: “My daughter, who is in elementary school this year, doesn’t really like math, so I used Unity (a game development engine) to create a horror game to help my daughter learn math better. She surprisingly loves it and urges me to finish it every day.”

This Father of the Year designed this horror game and named his product “Fun Math Game” (translated) even though it doesn’t actually feature any fun or happy elements in this horror game at all.
This “homemade” product has three levels of play: easy, normal, and hard. The gameplay of this game is also very simple; just choose the correct math answer presented to successfully push back the creepy zombies on the screen.

The joy will double for players when they solve math problems while also defeating the creepy zombies in this game. Not just kids, many adults also find this creepy yet highly interesting game appealing. Therefore, this Father of the Year has received extremely positive feedback from Twitter users. Some people left comments like:

“I want to bring this game to parents who completely deny the benefits of gaming.”
“Math is a game! It’s pointless if it’s not fun!”
“As long as the difficulty level is set, you can continue to play even as you grow up, and you can use it as a daily recreational game.”

This has led many parents to want to play math games for their children, and it seems that this interesting horror game will soon be available on both PC, Android, and iOS in the future.
