Elon Musk – the founder and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX – the master of “magic” in cryptocurrency and also the Man of the Year according to Time magazine, has perhaps become a familiar figure to the online community over the past few years. Not only does he shock with his frequently deemed “arrogant” statements, but Elon Musk also leaves countless people scratching their heads with highly cryptic Twitter posts that lead to unusual fluctuations in various cryptocurrencies. Recently, this talented “wizard” has once again caused the price of an NFT game in Vietnam to double, just with a relatively random tweet.

Recently, Elon Musk unexpectedly posted a random tweet with the content “tau > pi” which does not carry much meaning. However, as usual, it became the subject of analysis and research for crypto investors who believe that this status holds some deeper meaning. As a result, coins named Tau and Pi quickly saw investors rushing to “the market” based on Elon Musk’s tweet.

And the results are certainly predictable, as the value of the TAU token – an NFT game project in Vietnam called The Atlantis – unexpectedly surged in a short time. Previously, TAU was traded at a price of 0.08 USD per token. But just 10 minutes after billionaire Elon Musk’s tweet was posted, this digital currency increased to 0.14 USD per token. The trading volume of TAU also immediately surged five times, from 95,000 USD to nearly 500,000 USD.

If we look at the situation simply, in mathematical terms, both Tau and Pi are constants related to circles. Tau has a value of 6.28, which is double that of Pi (3.14), and it is only natural for Elon Musk to post “Tau > Pi”. The reason for posting such an obvious statement is perhaps something only Elon Musk understands. Remember, this is not the first time this “wizard” has easily manipulated coins like this.
