Nowadays, topics on YouTube are becoming incredibly diverse, and surprisingly, one of the most beloved content genres relates to survival in nature. Note that this is real-life survival, not like the games such as PUBG. Most videos are dangerous and advise children or viewers not to imitate. In fact, some challenges are enough to make many people shudder in horror just by watching. A prime example is Nathaniel Peterson’s video – a quite popular YouTuber in this content genre.

Although he has made clips with numerous fierce animals, perhaps Peterson’s most famous product is when he performed a challenge to have a swarm of 300 bees surround him, ending with a bitter outcome as his face and lips swelled grotesquely. However, it seems this did not discourage Peterson. The evidence is that right after that, he even traveled all the way to Japan to test the venom of wasps – a species that many people might feel danger just by hearing its name.

Of course, not underestimating the danger of wasps, Peterson also prepared medication and emergency syringes for himself. Additionally, he carefully set up cameras to capture the close-up process of the wounds caused by wasp stings over 24 hours. Although he has quite a lot of experience with bees, it can be seen that wasps are a different level, and Peterson’s sting quickly swelled up.

Although treated in time, Peterson still could not escape the pain, which even left him dizzy and paralyzed to the point of screaming. This YouTuber himself admitted that this was the scariest memory in his career of being bitten by insects.

However, in return, this challenge also brought him over 30 million views – an extremely high number on YouTube. But certainly, this is not a formula for other YouTubers to imitate, as every warning that appears in the videos states, what Peterson did is incredibly dangerous and should not be followed.
