According to the announcement from VNG, at 10 AM tomorrow, April 20, 2020, Call of Duty: Mobile VN will officially be released to all Vietnamese gamers. However, VNG has also allowed players to pre-download the game on both App Store and Google Play to avoid potential “traffic jams” that could occur when Call of Duty: Mobile VN launches tomorrow.

This is completely understandable and is a practice adopted by most game publishers today to help gamers access the game immediately when the servers open. However, it seems that many players… did not read this announcement beforehand and were only eager to download the game, only to find themselves unable to log in, leading them to start giving one-star ratings to Call of Duty: Mobile VN.

There are some reviews that are just… ridiculous, such as: “Haven’t played yet, but it takes up space. The game just launched and I encountered login errors. I downloaded it but can’t log in, what’s going on…”

Many other gamers believe that the aforementioned players… cannot read. Even though previously, the Call of Duty: Mobile VN Fanpage had issued an announcement allowing players to pre-download the game. They even added a note: “After successfully downloading the game, you still cannot play it right away.” So why is it that many gamers who knew about the game’s appearance on both App Store and Google Play do not realize that the servers have not opened yet?

Many other gamers expressed sympathy for Call of Duty: Mobile VN, as even before the game’s release, it was hit with one-star ratings for ridiculous reasons. Call of Duty: Mobile VN just completed a two-day Alpha Test from April 14-16 with 50,000 selected gamers. On the very first day, Call of Duty: Mobile VN attracted quite a bit of interest from Vietnamese players and the streamer community, including some prominent names in the Vietnamese gaming scene like Bé Chanh – who was “roasted” by other players on his first day in Call of Duty: Mobile VN.

Call of Duty: Mobile VN is developed by TiMi Studios of Tencent and features the three most popular shooting modes in the world: Multiplayer – an intense 5v5 team mode, Battle Royale – a challenging survival mode with high-paced combat, and Zombies.
