Velvet_7 is a famous female streamer on the Twitch platform. She boasts a stunning figure and decent gaming skills, which has attracted a significant fanbase. However, Velvet_7’s streaming journey has been incredibly “rocky” as her channel has been repeatedly banned by the admins.
The first time she was banned was in November 2018, followed by another ban in May 2019, both for “sexually suggestive content“. In August, she faced yet another ban for the same reason, with a penalty lasting up to 3 months.
Just when it seemed her bad luck was over, on April 13, she was banned again for broadcasting “inappropriate content“. Sharing on Twitter, she stated that she wasn’t wearing revealing clothing nor making inappropriate remarks during her stream.
“I was banned on Twitch again recently. I didn’t do anything too suggestive on my stream. I was careful not to dress revealingly. I want to know where I went wrong. I do not agree with this ban. I am waiting for a response from Twitch,” she shared on social media Twitter.
According to Velvet, the claim that her stream content was suggestive is not true. Previously, this female streamer was targeted by trolls who deliberately reported her channel, leading to wrongful “suspensions”. Since then, she has been cautious about her clothing, keeping everything in check to comfortably stay active on the Twitch platform.
“I want to let you know that since my last suspension (2019), I’ve been particularly careful about what I wear. This is what I wear during my streams. Please tell me the reason for my ban so I can correct it next time“, Velvet expressed.
Indeed, banning her from streaming was a mistake on Twitch’s part. On April 15, Velvet cried when she received an email from Twitch saying, “Hello Velvet_7, your account was banned due to our error. We have lifted the ban. You can now freely use our services“.
Fortunately, Velvet_7’s channel is now operating normally. Her fans hope that Twitch will not make any more mistakes in the future.
