On the day of the incident, she was reportedly trying to push her limits by lifting a seated press weight of 180kg—a feat that even many men would think twice about.
Unfortunately, this excessive confidence came at a high price. Despite her efforts to lift the barbell, she ultimately could not withstand its weight and lost her balance, subsequently falling. Notably, the 180kg barbell fell right after and nearly crushed her neck. Although those around her quickly reacted and lifted the barbell to save her, it was already too late. The injuries to her neck were severe, and she passed away shortly after.
