In a surprising turn of events yesterday, Sony unveiled the DualSense, the controller for the upcoming PlayStation 5 console. Needless to say, this is truly a stunning product that has left many gamers in awe.
This controller boasts a sleek new appearance, harmoniously combining black and white in a tidy, minimalist design, featuring a blue light strip surrounding the touchpad right in the center. Many jokingly remarked that the DualSense looks like a hybrid between the black DualShock controller and the white Xbox One S controller. They couldn’t be more right!

However, nothing is perfect, and the Reddit community quickly released their own concept designs of the DualSense controller with different color schemes. There are quite a few cool models out there.
One of the most popular redesigns is the all-black DualSense:

There’s even an all-black version with the classic PlayStation logo engraved and using four buttons in their signature colors:

Other users envisioned the DualSense in more vibrant colors, including blue, yellow, green, orange, pink, red, and purple…

Not a fan of classic colors? Don’t worry, below is a gradient-colored DualSense:

And a retro-style design:

Changing colors isn’t enough; some designers even altered the structure of the DualSense. For example, the modular concept controller below retains the original colors but features removable grips on both sides. Quite interesting, and hopefully, Sony will pay attention to this design.

Finally, check out some special DualSense versions inspired by popular games like Spiderman, Super Mario, The Last of Us, and God of War.
