At the urgent meeting of the Ho Chi Minh City Health Department on the same afternoon, Director Nguyen Tan Binh affirmed that the city’s health sector would maintain the highest alert level for Covid-19. Rapid response teams and testing operations have all shifted to a state of readiness.
Measures for tracing contacts of confirmed cases, suspected cases, and individuals coming from epidemic areas must be implemented correctly and with specific guidelines. At the same time, enhance supervision and management of quarantine areas and implement Covid-19 prevention measures at treatment facilities.
