According to research by Georg Kell (founder and former Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact, and Vice Chairman of Arabesque Partners): If Gen Z or Gen Y is a term used to classify generations based on birth years and age characteristics, the S-Generation is a generation not defined by age but by progressive mindset, difference, kind actions, and promoting sustainable quality of life with the goal of elevating society to a new level.
In Vietnam, the concept of the S Generation refers to the elite and progressive Vietnamese, possessing international-class qualities: Creativity – Ready – Sharing – Diligent – Living fully; a generation of those who have, are, and will drive the development and progress of the S-shaped land through specific actions, contributing positive values to the community and society.
