With the act of staging a video clip of gambling and then posting it on social media to gain likes, views, and increase engagement for her products, the account holder of the Fanpage Teacher H and Fanpage L.H.N has recently been fined. Authorities accuse this behavior of violating the law, inciting social evils, gambling, and negatively impacting the community.

Specifically, on April 17, the Hanoi Police announced that the Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department had fined N.T.H. (26 years old, from Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) and L. (28 years old, from Gia Lam District, Hanoi) for providing and sharing fabricated information, causing public confusion, inciting violence, crime, social evils, gambling, or serving gambling.
After the information was published, netizens were curious about the identity of the young woman. It is known that Teacher H owns a fanpage with over a hundred thousand followers, frequently posting seductive images of herself. Most of her posts flaunt her physical assets, perfect measurements, and flawless skin. Currently, she is self-employed. Each post garners hundreds to thousands of interactions.

Following the penalty, the young woman posted on her personal page: “I know I made a mistake, I promise to be good and focus on selling * from now on!” accompanied by a hot image.

In the comments, netizens pointed out that after paying the fine, H continuously exhibited provocative and mocking behavior, dismissing the fine of 7.5 million as too “cheap.” Viewers also condemned and criticized this internet phenomenon for making money through outrageous antics.
