According to The Sun, the incident occurred at a high school in Russia. A 23-year-old teacher named Viktoria Kashirina was fired after a provocative clip of her was discovered and shared with many students and parents.
In the sensitive film on Instagram, the female teacher is seen wearing only revealing lingerie and engaging in a series of suggestive actions. The trouble began when a parent complained, stating that the teacher should not post such adult content on her social media. “My daughter watched the clip, and clearly, it made an impression on her, but not in a way a teacher should,” the parent criticized.

However, facing criticism from parents, the teacher adamantly denied that the fault was hers. She stated that she would block students on social media and requested that parents pay more attention to the content their children consume online. “I have been pole dancing for a few years and have dreamed of filming videos for a long time. Of course, this is not something students should watch. But this student’s mother demanded that I delete my account. I am not obligated to do that, instead, I will block her and her daughter’s accounts,” she explained.

However, the director of the school where she worked quickly sent a letter, demanding that the teacher remove the video as it was being widely circulated among parents. Teacher Viktoria, who holds a top graduation degree from Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, was accused by the school of “posting pornographic content” and was dismissed.
“She has caused an uproar, and we had to respond. I myself have two children and understand the feelings of these parents. If she wants the freedom to express herself as a pole dancer, then we also have the right not to support this path,” quoted from the dismissal notice by the school representative.
Currently, the incident continues to spark debate in public opinion. As for teacher Viktoria Kashirina, she stated that she would sue the school because there were no limits or regulations regarding social media use for teachers when both parties signed the teaching contract. She asserted that this dismissal decision would impact her freedom and personal life.
