Nam was found driving in the wrong direction early in the morning and showed signs of intoxication. When requested to stop for a check by traffic police, Nam refused to comply and instead livestreamed on social media with his phone.
In the video, Nam challenged the police and demanded that they present their patrol documents, using inappropriate language towards them. Ultimately, he was taken to the police station.
According to VOV newspaper, after being brought to the police station, Nam’s blood alcohol level was measured and found to be at the highest level of violation. Investigators are clarifying the violations to handle Nam according to legal regulations.
Nam’s video has currently garnered over 25,000 views and many comments, most of which advise him to comply with police checks. Many also pointed out that drinking alcohol and driving against traffic is wrong.
