Among the patients being treated in medical facilities across the country, BN1536, who is being treated at Đà Nẵng Lung Hospital, is the most severe patient. BN1536 is elderly, has a history of hypertension and diabetes for many years.
Since being hospitalized (January 15) until now, the Treatment Subcommittee and the Medical Council have organized 4 national consultations regarding the patient’s health and requested Đà Nẵng Lung Hospital to closely monitor this case. Experienced doctors and nurses in intensive care from Đà Nẵng Hospital have also been mobilized to the Lung Hospital to support the treatment of BN1536.
The number of deaths related to COVID-19 in our country so far is 35, these are patients with multiple severe underlying conditions, including in Đà Nẵng (31 cases), Quảng Nam (03), and Quảng Trị (01).
