United in their complaints to the local service provider, these residents were shocked to discover the surprising cause behind the situation.
Consequently, a professional agency with high expertise got involved, and personnel dispatched to the scene found that in the middle of the night, the screen of the spectrometer began to vibrate – a characteristic of jamming devices. Using such equipment is a violation of the law in this country.

According to the law, this father faces 6 months in prison and a fine of $30,000 (nearly 700 million VND).
