On the evening of July 8, social media buzzed with a video recording of a young man bringing flowers and a ring, kneeling on the sidewalk to propose to a girl, only to be rejected and leave the ring behind as he walked away.
It is known that the incident took place on Do Duc Duc Street, Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
According to the content of the clip, the young man dressed in a smart shirt and trousers brought a large bouquet of roses along with a ring to propose to the girl he loves. On the sidewalk, reportedly in front of a crowded lemon tea shop, he expressed his feelings to the girl with a serious and sincere attitude.
However, contrary to the young man’s expectations, the girl he was confessing to appeared quite tense and refused to accept the gift.
