Making the journey of nearly 10,000 km from Los Angeles, California to Seoul, and then heading straight to Namsan Tower to cut off her love lock with her ex, 23-year-old Kassie Yeung (from South Korea) is causing a stir on social media.

Specifically, through a video that is attracting attention with millions of views on TikTok, Kassie shares her journey from the U.S. with images from her departure at the airport, landing, and heading straight to a store to buy scissors.
Next, she took a bus to Namsan Tower, bought a ticket, and took the cable car to find the location of the locks. After more than 30 minutes, she found her lock among thousands of colorful locks at Namsan Tower and cut it off.
Namsan Tower (also known as N Seoul Tower), similar to the Pont des Arts bridge in Paris, France, is a place where couples can lock colorful locks as a symbol of enduring love. It is known that Kassie Yeung and her ex-boyfriend locked a lock here in the summer of 2019, and now that they have broken up, she returned to remove it.
However, contrary to netizens’ comments that she traveled such a long distance just to cut this lock, in fact, she flew back to South Korea also to explore, travel in Seoul, and research the environment for her career plans to pursue dancing.
