Ohlana is a well-known female streamer with 100,000 followers on Twitch. She frequently plays CS:GO and Valorant, or creates videos about her travels. She has Canadian-Vietnamese heritage.
Although she was known for her cheerful demeanor during livestreams, recently Ohlana has been posting negative statuses on her personal Twitter account.

Her final tweet was a farewell message stating, “No one is to blame for this.” Just before that, on July 6, another melancholic tweet mentioned Ohlana’s emotional turmoil: “Those with depression often struggle to seek help, even when they have fought hard, those who seem closest always try to force them to their will. Without an escape, they sink into loneliness, where only themselves and the darkness remain rather than live according to others’ wishes.”

On the same day, a lengthy message appeared on Ohlana’s story. And now that she has passed away forever, it seems to be her final messages.
“I have cried, loved, and shared many wonderful memories with all of you who have been by my side. Thank you all for giving me that beautiful time. Looking back at the path I have walked, all the opportunities I gained thanks to you, I am truly grateful. From participating in survival games to picking up my backpack and traveling around the world… but what I will cherish the most is the people I got to know on this journey.”
“I have made some mistakes, stumbled, lost, and paid for those things. Everything is natural, but sometimes those dark clouds are strong enough to cover my entire sky. And this storm leads to another storm that keeps getting heavier… but ultimately, we all have our own battles.”

“Today is such a beautiful day. Please go out and enjoy it for me.” – Ohlana ended her melancholic messages with an ambiguous statement. But in the end, no one could help her except herself.
Friends and fans expressed their regrets for Ohlana. Colleague Bawnsai, who had previously collaborated with her, shared: “I am so glad to have met you. The time we spent together was short, but those moments were so sweet to me, just like you. OMG, you were truly so funny. I always wished we could spend more time together. I will miss you so much, girl. Rest in peace!”

Nosleeptv also tweeted on his personal page that he truly regrets what happened to Ohlana: “She was truly beautiful both inside and out, I am very sorry…”

One of the fans and also a friend of the female streamer, DE4Ner, shared a twitlonger thanking Ohlana for the care she provided him while he was also struggling with his own mental battles. “You are someone I will never forget, never. What you have given me, the lessons and memories we shared together. You will always be in my heart. Thank you. Thank you for being yourself.”

This has raised alarm bells concerning online content creation, especially for streamers, who are often targeted for trolling and attacks. Do not assume that being a streamer is an easy and enjoyable job; they have their own struggles, and things can sometimes be far from simple.
