In South Korea, plastic surgery seems to have become a trend, particularly favored by the youth, especially young women. From well-known figures in showbiz to streamers, many have faced questions about their true beauty. A prime example is Yeoam, a stunning and sexy streamer on the Afreeca TV platform, who has recently faced numerous doubts regarding her appearance. However, instead of ignoring the rumors, she boldly chose to confront them and even provided evidence proving that she has not undergone any surgical enhancements.

Specifically, the story began due to the extreme sexiness of the streamer. Not only is Yeoam beautiful, but she also possesses an incredibly sexy figure, highlighted by her stunning curves. On Yeoam’s chat channel, both anti-fans and even fans have occasionally expressed doubts about whether she has had any surgical alterations to her bust. The level of spam became so excessive that the streamer started to feel annoyed.

In her latest livestream, she aired a program titled “Natural Breast Certification.” During this stream, Yeoam made the effort to go to the hospital, where she underwent an X-ray of her breasts to compellingly prove that there had been no surgical intervention. “People spam too much, so I used an X-ray to show that my breasts are naturally beautiful. And because they are naturally beautiful, I can be proud, and you can be proud too“.

Additionally, she posted some photos from her check-up that day to prove her “innocence.” One image was the X-ray film, while another showed her lying on the examination table.

Normally, in cases of surgery, skin and “fake” parts would mix together. However, the images from her examination showed none of this, only pure skin tissue. Moreover, the streamer also posted a certificate from the doctor, with a prominent statement saying, “No foreign objects found implanted in the breasts.”

After watching, many fans had to admit that the medical costs for this “proof” could be a bit wasteful. However, it seems reasonable, as it will help the streamer reduce unnecessary spam messages.
