According to the latest bulletin from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, tonight on the 30th of Tet, the weather in many places in the Northern region and the provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh will have rain, moderate rain, and in some places, heavy rain. In Hanoi, the situation will continue until after New Year’s Eve, with temperatures dropping to between 13-15 degrees Celsius. By tomorrow (the first day of Tet), it will turn significantly cold.
