The basic gameplay of survival shooting games, in general, are quite similar. Players along with many others are on a plane, parachuting to their desired location, looting items, and starting their battles to be the last one standing. Among the above steps, parachuting is the simplest task, as it sometimes doesn’t even require any brain power.

However, there are still players who cannot complete this seemingly easy task. In one way or another, these players can find themselves and their teammates in an indescribably “painful” situation where they can’t be rescued, nor can they rescue themselves. Especially, these parachuting fails provide a good laugh for the opponents, and they don’t even need to eliminate the player to feel satisfied; just watching is enough.

Two of the most notorious parachuting “critical fails” have been recorded by netizens in China. In the first case, this player parachuted but made it impossible for his teammates to find him, despite his attempts to attract attention; no one could locate him. Eventually, everyone discovered that he was stuck outside of a building.

The funny part is that this player couldn’t escape from his parachute because it was snagged on the roof of a building. As a result, the player hung there until the safe zone shrank or was eliminated by an opponent who accidentally spotted him. However, surely no one would “dare” to finish off such an entertaining case; it’s better to watch this player dangling from the rooftop than to secure another kill.

The second case is also just as painful, causing his teammates to turn away as they couldn’t find a way to rescue him. The unfortunate player parachuted right onto an object resembling a funnel-shaped incinerator. His teammates didn’t know what to do to rescue him, so they had to abandon him and move on, considering it a sacrifice to the opponents.
Thus, there are many funny situations that leave both allies and opponents with no choice but to stand and watch, holding their bellies in laughter before turning away. These deserve to be considered two of the most painful parachuting fails in the history of this genre.
