This afternoon, iOS players of several popular games in Vietnam, such as Free Fire, Arena of Valor, and PUBG Mobile, have been “crying out” about their inability to log into the game. Even the application shows signs of continuous crashing (the application shuts down immediately upon clicking). Although this phenomenon does not occur with 100% of iOS users, many players have been affected.

More seriously, the number of players encountering this issue is not small, and it is not just Free Fire experiencing this. Numerous other renowned applications such as Arena of Valor and PUBG Mobile are facing similar situations.
The official fan pages of these games have had to post a notification regarding this issue. The Garena Free Fire fan page stated, “We have just received information about many applications on the iOS operating system experiencing issues where they cannot be opened (the application shuts down immediately). The Free Fire game is also experiencing similar problems.
We are contacting Apple to get more information about this issue and will inform you as soon as possible. Please remain calm and wait.”
In a similar situation, “colleague”, the PUBG Mobile VN fan page also had to address this phenomenon and urged players to stay calm, not to uninstall the game, and to wait for the latest updates from the game operations team. “[Urgent] Dear PUBG MOBILE VN community, the PUBG MOBILE development team has received information about the application opening error on the iOS operating system.

This is a system error from the App Store, and currently, other applications are also facing similar issues.
We have contacted Apple to obtain more information and solutions as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!” the PUBG Mobile VN fan page issued a statement.

It is known that this issue does not originate from the games themselves but is related to a system error from Apple. Currently, the fan pages of numerous mobile games in Vietnam have yet to confirm that this issue has been successfully resolved by Apple. Therefore, players of Free Fire, Arena of Valor, PUBG Mobile, and similar products need to remain calm and wait for updates from the operations team to provide accurate and timely information.
