Since his debut, Dúi the idol has made the online community swoon with his adorable appearance thanks to his short legs and trademark googly eyes. However, some opinions quickly recognized that this image seemed to be just another dog with a look similar to Dúi. They are sure that this is not Dúi for several reasons. Firstly, the genuine Dúi has two distinct white patches on his front legs, while this dog’s markings are fainter. Secondly, on Dúi’s official Fanpage, he has recently appeared, and although he may look a bit worse than before, he is certainly not as seriously overweight as depicted here.
And the third and most important point is that Dúi has never been chained like the dog in the picture above. Dúi is always allowed to roam freely and comfortably by his owner.
