As of now, VNG’s Call of Duty Mobile is nearly three years old. This is not a small number for mobile games. However, challenges have seemingly never let this game go. From the familiar issue of hacks and cheats that plague mobile games to the recent inability to log in using Facebook accounts.

The admin of the Call of Duty Mobile VNG fan page posted: “Regarding the issue of logging into the game via Facebook, the publisher is continuing to work with Tencent and Facebook to complete the necessary procedures in the process of fixing the error and upgrading login security.”

It is completely understandable that players are anxious. After all, this is their asset and hard work. Especially for those who have invested a significant amount of money over the past three years. Due to their anxiety, many players have decided to ‘rate 1 star’ for Call of Duty Mobile VNG on Google Play. Some players even called for action in community groups.

This has inadvertently affected VNG’s game on Google Play. Players need to be calmer because ultimately, this is an unforeseen error from the publisher, and VNG is already working with partners to resolve it promptly. Rating 1 star on Google Play may satisfy players’ frustration, but in the long run, it will create negative consequences for the players themselves as the game may struggle to receive updates.

Overall, players should keep a cool head and patiently wait for announcements from VNG. Hopefully, players will soon receive positive information from the publisher.
