A guy with the account name Qiaoben has had a great love for the game Three Kingdoms Kill Online for the past 15 years.
He even holds the highest rank in the game.
However, recently, his experiences have not been fulfilling.
Even after victories, the male gamer discovered that after each match, his opponents would throw items like eggs and straw sandals at his character, causing effects that felt like virtual “insults” to his face. He claims he has been attacked with these items over 4,800 times in the past six months. According to him, this action is a way for opponents to vent their frustrations after losing.

At its peak, in a recent game, he had to endure a virtual “insult” lasting over 90 seconds. Since all players in the match could see these virtual “insults”, he became even more enraged, claiming that his dignity and self-esteem were insulted, hurt, and disheartened.

The gamer believes that these items can be obtained for free through in-game activities or purchased in the item shop. Therefore, Qiaoben firmly asserts that this game company has “accepted” and “allowed” such ugly actions for profit, boosting sales.
Complaining to customer service was in vain, and the male gamer has now filed a lawsuit against the company seeking compensation.
