3 Tall Beauties Having Fun with “Gentlemen”
In early 2019, authorities conducted a raid at a hotel in Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, and discovered 3 couples engaged in prostitution.
The identities of the three women were identified as: Nguyen Thi T.L. (24 years old, residing in Bac Ninh Province), Tran Thi Phuong Th. (27 years old, Hanoi) and Lam Thao Nh. (22 years old, Ho Chi Minh City).
The individuals confessed that L. was the broker for the prostitution.
At the police station, L. admitted to her criminal activities.
The three men who purchased sex were subsequently fined 500,000 VND each, while the two women selling sex were fined 200,000 VND each; only Nguyen Thi T.L. was prosecuted for her role as a broker.
The Tactics of the Student
According to Tuoi Tre News, L. is a student at a prestigious university in Hanoi. Around September 2018, L. rented an apartment in the T.C urban area (Hanoi) and frequently engaged in prostitution to cover her living expenses.
During her “client meetings”, L. became acquainted with several sex workers, including Tran Thi Phuong Th. and Lam Thao Nh.
Around noon on January 3, 2019, L. along with Nguyen Viet H. (a client who had previously purchased sex) and two other men went to a restaurant in Hanoi to dine. H.’s group wanted to buy sex, and L. agreed to call two more friends at a price of 15 million VND per person per encounter.
After receiving the full payment transferred to her account, L. called Tran Thi Phuong Th. and Lam Thao Nh., agreeing to “cut” 3 million VND from each as a brokerage fee. Th. and Nh. agreed.
Following L.’s guidance, Th. and Nh. went to a hotel in Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi.
On June 18, 2019, the Hanoi People’s Court sentenced defendant Nguyen Thi T.L. (24 years old, residing in Bac Ninh Province) to 3 years in prison for her role as a broker of prostitution.
