Recently, on several social media forums, images from a wedding overflowing with gold in Quang Ninh were shared with the status: “Where is the most pressuring wedding in Vietnam? It surely has to be Quang Ninh. The feast is filled with crabs, shrimp, blood clams, and bề bề, putting pressure on the guests. The dowry is gold measured by the kilogram, cash stacked in bundles, and the land title is in stacks, creating pressure for the bride and groom.”
The post included images of the beautiful bride wearing dozens of gold necklaces around her neck, with her wrists and fingers also adorned with shimmering gold. In some other photos, the bride’s dowry dazzled many, as dozens of gold bars were arranged in an exquisitely designed, beautiful box. Additionally, cash was tied in bundles, alongside the land title and diamond rings.

According to reports, the wedding took place on July 28 and 29 in Uông Bí City, Quang Ninh Province. The bride’s name is Hạnh Nhi, and the groom’s name is Thế Tiến. During the wedding ceremony, the couple received a total of 60 gold bars, 1 billion VND in cash, along with a pair of diamond earrings and a diamond ring. The groom’s family also gifted a land title for 700 square meters of land.

The wedding received many blessings on social media
Within just a few hours of posting, the images quickly went viral on social media. The online community couldn’t help but be amused by the massive amount of dowry and enthusiastically “wish for a share” of such fortune.
Here are some comments:
– How can they be so rich… A lifetime of hard work might not accumulate such wealth.
– This wedding is indeed pressure-filled; I don’t even know how much money to give as a gift.
– I will gladly take on this pressure for the bride. Having family support is indeed a great blessing.
