Starting from the end of last year, the controversy between Jack & K-ICM has shown no signs of cooling down. Initially, it was just statements and statuses from outsiders like streamer ViruSs and Thái Vũ from FAP TV that were enough to stir the online community. Then, when K-ICM finally broke his silence with a thank you post, and Jack responded immediately after that, it reignited the online uproar. Recently, yet another statement has stirred the pot further.

Specifically, just recently, the director who created the MV Hoa Vo Sac for Jack & K-ICM shared a lengthy post on his personal page. Initially, he asserted that Jack was ungrateful right after the controversy erupted, but later he realized that Jack’s departure from the company was not wrong, as everyone has their own dreams.
According to that status, the director of the MV Hoa Vo Sac also shared that as soon as Jack left, his foster mother and manager helped K-ICM pack Jack’s things while crying. In fact, after finishing packing, this mother even suffered a heart attack (due to a history of heart disease, as the director mentioned), causing everyone to be worried. This left everyone stunned, as many previous reports indicated that Jack’s departure was primarily due to economic conflicts, salary withholding, and being strictly forbidden by the management company from contacting his family… But according to the director’s account, it seems that Jack and K-ICM’s foster mother held a lot of affection for the singer.

Furthermore, he affirmed that there was no truth to the rumors of the crew having assaulted Jack in France or imprisoning him in Thailand. In conclusion, he asserted that the foster mother genuinely loves Jack, and there is certainly no hatred, exploitation, or using the singer’s talents.
He provided evidence by recounting a memory during the filming of the MV Hoa Vo Sac. Specifically, a stuntman pushed Jack slightly off rhythm, almost causing a vehicle to run over Jack’s foot. Immediately, the foster mother rushed in, hugged Jack, and cried while demanding the director and crew not to film this dangerous scene again. Finally, he concluded that the relationship between Jack and K-ICM remains very good, even though they have now gone separate ways, and K-ICM himself supports Jack in taking his own path.
Here is the chat between Jack and the director:

Below is the verbatim excerpt from the director’s post:
“We assaulted JACK and beat JACK?
Where did you get that information from???
I am not a part of ICM, I am just a director invited to collaborate on the products of these two and I quite like both of them. I have made the same mistake as you when I looked at one side and called Jack ungrateful. But when I look more widely, both sides have their rights and wrongs, and I will refrain from commenting on who is right or wrong here so that those involved can speak for themselves.
“Brother Chung! Thank you so much!” That was what he said to me after the Fan meeting ended, and it was also the first time he hugged me. I feel Jack is an incredibly gentle and honest boy. After that, we often talked and confided in each other beyond work-related matters. And I appreciate him.
Until one day I saw him suddenly leave the company after performing in Hanoi, we had a celebration for the Vietnamese team’s victory, and that was the last time I saw the smile on younger brother Nguyễn Bảo Khánh’s face. I ran over to check if something was wrong, and I heard the news that Jack had gone home… Let’s not discuss whether Jack was right or wrong at that time, but when I went to Khánh’s house, I saw him and his mother packing Jack’s things while crying… Then, after they finished packing, looking back at the pile of things, she had a heart attack and fainted, causing the whole family to panic and look for medicine for her (she has a history of heart disease). In my eyes, I thought, “What is wrong with Jack? How could he be so ungrateful, just a few days ago he was so cheerful, and now he behaves like this?” I was really angry at him, as if I were angry with a younger brother in the family. After I wrote that post on my wall, I was scolded by HÀ and Khánh for being hasty… because for everyone, JACK is not at fault. It’s that simple, so at that moment, everything was still unresolved, but my fingers were quicker than my brain, and I immediately got told to delete it and stay silent until today.
But today I can no longer remain silent. I want everyone to know that Jack and Khánh are still good friends; it’s just that the paths they take no longer intersect, so each goes their own way. If anyone asks me if I’m sad? Yes… I am sad. But in my sadness, there is true happiness, because who knows, after Jack separates, he will be free to “fly high” just as he once told me he wanted to do what he loves.
As for the rumors that people are fabricating about Jack being assaulted by me after returning from France, I can assert 100% that it is not true. The incident in Thailand where he was imprisoned is also not true, and the story of him being starved is even less so. (there are pictures of us dining and having fun in Thailand).
Phương Tuấn, I know that at this moment, everyone may have their own reasons. I would like to say what I see as a way to protect you… Because I believe you would never do anything immoral like that. I believe the online community is taking things too far and fabricating a series of false rumors. Today I must speak up because this story directly affects my honor. I hope Jack understands me.
As for anyone asking me if the foster mother treated JACK well, I can answer from my perspective that she truly cares for JACK and worries about him. Once I witnessed during the filming of HOA VÔ SẮC, there was a dangerous scene where there was an accident. The stuntman pushed Jack slightly off rhythm, and the vehicle almost ran over his foot… SHE rushed in, hugged him, cried, and said my crew should not film this scene again…. So I see that if it weren’t for her genuine love, would she have yelled and scolded a director like me to protect JACK?
As for the internal conflicts between the two sides… the truth is known only by JACK and Khánh. So I am still waiting for answers from both of them. And I will not listen solely to JACK or solely to Khánh at this time.
Should he separate from the company?
YES… Because if you keep working with one producer, you will become monotonous. So I understand Jack may want to go out into the vast ocean to explore. I fully support that. Khánh once said, “There are many talented people out there, and I also support Jack in finding his own path… but I regret that there are many projects we left unfinished…” Khánh also supports JACK, so why are people DRAMAing a series of false information???
I hope that no matter what, everyone will always support both of them. And remember (If it’s said it’s said – if it’s not said it’s not said… adding anything is due to the devil). Don’t let a few likes or views tempt you to add fuel to the fire and take things further.
I believe in JACK, and I also believe in KHÁNH. Right or wrong, there is LAW to protect. I am nobody to judge others. What everyone needs to do now is to keep a beautiful memory of these two and trust that one day “even if they stop walking together, they will still stand on the same stage together” as JACK once said on the day we brought clothes, cars, and fan gifts to JACK.
Khánh, you once told me, “This is your business, and if I say anything further on Facebook, my brother will block me?” Okay, go ahead… This matter affects my honor. I must speak up.
I commit that everything I say in this post is completely true. If there is anything wrong, I will accept any punishment from the Law.
Commenting is locked simply because I haven’t added Key and Đóm, so I want to be a mediator who is not influenced by either side. I hope everyone respects my privacy.”
