According to reports, after upgrading to iOS 16, some iPhone 14 Pro devices occasionally freeze, rendering them unresponsive to touch controls. This issue appears randomly.
In some cases, iPhone 14 Pro users can temporarily resolve the problem by pressing and holding both the power button and the volume up button to restart the device.
However, this method does not always work. Some users have stated that when their iPhone 14 Pro freezes, they are unable to perform any actions. Users are left waiting for the device to unfreeze or for the battery to die.
Currently, it is unclear whether this issue is related to hardware or software. However, this problem is causing significant concern among users, especially since not long ago, a number of iPhone 13 Pro Max devices experienced screen issues, suddenly shifting to a blue or purple tint. In fact, some devices even exhibited flickering and continuous screen stripes.
Some users reported that their iPhones encountered issues after upgrading to iOS 15.6. Meanwhile, others who did not update the operating system still experienced random problems.
