According to the broadcaster, on average, Vietnamese people spend 2 hours and 25 minutes on social media each day, ranking in the top 20 globally. While it may seem that “scrolling” through social media during free time provides entertainment, this action is actually thought to make people feel lethargic and more tired.

In the report on time-wasting, the team provided examples from various real-life fields to illustrate the topic.
Here, images of PUBG Mobile – VNG’s “pet game” unexpectedly appeared. This indicates that playing PUBG Mobile is also considered a waste of time on unproductive activities. Consequently, it reduces each individual’s learning efficiency, wasting resources and opportunities.
