From a beloved TikTok hot girl, recently she has struggled to maintain the charm and goodwill from fans. Notably, in her latest cleansing and skincare clip, some fans expressed disappointment and even threatened to unfollow as they felt her image was no longer as they remembered.

This disappointment stems from Gấm’s true appearance without makeup not meeting expectations. Additionally, the quality of her content is not as good as it used to be.
The negative reactions from fans did not receive a response from Gấm Kami.
Previously, when criticized for completely altering her face including: eyebrow tattoos, nose lifts, double eyelid surgery, chin augmentation, and braces, Gấm Kami herself used strong descriptors like “head change”, “unrecognizable”, “fixed the whole face”,… regarding her current appearance.
However, the TikToker expressed great confidence in this change. She stated: “Because it’s new, people aren’t used to it and it’s not complete yet, but it will definitely be very beautiful in the future”. Additionally, she mentioned that due to the overwhelming mixed opinions, she would temporarily not appear until her beauty stabilizes and she returns.
Although she did not disclose the total cost of “tearing down and rebuilding” her entire face, Gấm Kami mentioned that the cost for just her nose surgery was about 60 million VND.
