It has been weeks, and VNG’s Call of Duty Mobile gamers are still looking forward to logging back into their game. The login issue via Facebook has been addressed by the admin team on the official game Fanpage: “Regarding the login error through the Facebook portal, the publisher is continuing to work with Tencent and Facebook to complete the necessary procedures in the process of fixing the errors and upgrading login security.”

Recently, on the Call of Duty Mobile VNG Fanpage, there was another update: “Regarding the login error, the publisher is in the process of completing the error correction and upgrading login security with the Facebook portal. For warriors logging in through the Play Now portal, Apple ID, or Facebook, you can still access the game, and you may download to experience the new features right away.

For warriors affected by the login error from the Facebook portal, you can temporarily experience the game using two other login methods and return to fight with your old account after the error has been fixed.”

That is the story of the future, but for now, many gamers have “fled” from the VNG servers to the international servers of Call of Duty Mobile. However, to download the international version, players will still face a substantial size, reaching nearly 20GB. That is a significant number for a mobile game.

According to many gamers, Call of Duty Mobile on the VNG server has also reached about 22GB. Some players bitterly stated that they had finished downloading over 23GB but could not log in for a whole week. It shows that mobile games nowadays are not light at all. But after downloading that much data, having a heavy device and not being able to log in is truly… unfortunate for the gamers.
