On April 16th, many users in Vietnam reported that their Facebook accounts suddenly encountered issues. The problem they faced was that when clicking on friends’ profiles, the resulting screen was blank. All posts seemed to have “vanished” unusually.
However, according to reports, this situation was intermittent and not all users experienced it. Nevertheless, it was enough to cause users to face frustration when trying to interact with friends and relatives on this social network.
Currently, Facebook has not released an official statement regarding the issue. Some users believe that the problem may be due to a glitch in the Facebook system.
Recently, this social network has been consistently unstable. Not long ago, the Facebook app had issues with viewing stories, and many users in Vietnam reported that their Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram accounts were unexpectedly logged out for no apparent reason. Although the disruption lasted only about 2-3 hours, the financial impact on Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, was significant.
