To attract viewers and increase views for her channel, the online community has witnessed numerous tricks from streamers.
There are surprises, criticisms, and mixed opinions, but these “tricks” have never ceased to amaze the public.
Recently, a female streamer with the account name King Kong Liuke has become a hot topic on social media in China. Accordingly, she confidently posted a video of Mukbang featuring pig food, claiming that this food is high in protein, low in fat, and “healthier than fast food.”

In the video, the female streamer shares that she is currently in a financial saving phase and needs to find the cheapest food to get by. After consulting various forums, she realized that pig food was a viable option. She found a suitable type of food that costs only 3 yuan (about 10,000 VND) per day. Liuke declared that she would live on this food for at least a week.
Not only sharing on air, the female streamer also mukbang right in front of the camera.
She described the food as having an oatmeal smell but a rather salty and slightly sour taste, so difficult to eat that she had to drink more water to swallow. She encouraged herself by talking about the natural ingredients in the food, including soybeans, peanuts, sesame, corn, and various vitamins. However, Liuke stated that it would take time to get used to this taste. She committed to maintaining this for a week but would monitor her health status.

The video received a lot of mixed opinions, with most believing that the streamer isn’t in such dire financial straits that she has to tighten her spending like that. They think she is just trying to get more views. Some expressed concerns about safety, fearing that younger viewers might be influenced and imitate the streamer’s actions.
Here, food safety experts stated that while pig food is not harmful to human health, it cannot provide the necessary nutrients for the human body. Aside from its poor taste, it also lacks nutrition and is unsuitable for humans.
In light of the criticisms, the streamer has now removed the video from her account.
