The bread chain PewPew – the first project of the male streamer who shifted his business direction, has recently expanded by adding a new location. Alongside the encouragement and support from the community, a TikToker specializing in food reviews has sparked controversy with his comments. He argued that the price of a bread roll is higher than the average market price. This video received many mixed reactions:
“If you publicly state the price, why complain about it being expensive?”
“Sitting in a cafe, a tiny bread roll that costs several times more is not criticized,”
“In the past, people queued for a long time, now PewPew’s bread is losing customers…”

In response to this situation, the male streamer made a heartfelt video lasting over 6 minutes to clarify his stance. First, PewPew mentioned that he posted after the opening to avoid misunderstandings and controversies. He emphasized his attitude: “Anyone who comes to my bread shop, I welcome. Even if you don’t enjoy the food, I’m always open to feedback. We are always attentive to ensure our customers feel as comfortable as possible.”

Regarding the video and the controversial comments, he asserted: “I just want to express two viewpoints. First, I never thought that because I am famous, I should open a bread shop to make money. I understand that people care for me, so I have to be more careful with what I do to add value to our service for everyone.
I don’t use factors like cost or fame as reasons to charge high prices. I also don’t believe we charge high prices since many shops have been selling bread long before us,” he shared, emphasizing that he does not wish to leverage his fame through his bread rolls and reaffirming that he will not stop developing.
“We will closely follow audience feedback. Products that are supported will continue to develop; otherwise, we will stop. We are always ready to listen at any time, anywhere. We will also address issues immediately.”

Disappointed with a segment that lacks constructive criticism, streamer PewPew did not hesitate to express his views: “If my products and services are used as a topic of controversy, I will feel unhappy. I hope that if we have time, we should spend it on ourselves, on self-improvement, learning, loving, and being happy.”
Currently, the post criticizing PewPew’s bread as expensive by the male TikToker who specializes in food reviews has been hidden.
