Another Arena of Valor Player Permanently Banned
Last night, Garena announced the punishment for player Zeus MN and the entire Zeus Entertainment team. This penalty has not only shocked the Arena of Valor community but has also sparked discussions across various forums in the Vietnamese gaming scene.
Specifically, player Võ Nguyễn Minh Nhựt (in-game name Zeus MN) was fined 150 million VND (deducted from the prize money of the Winter 2024 tournament) for violating Article 10.10.9 and Article 10.10.17 of the tournament regulations for the Winter 2024 season. Additionally, Zeus MN will be permanently banned from competing in all tournaments organized or co-organized by the Vietnam Entertainment and Esports Company.

As for the Zeus team, due to other members including Lê Văn Học, Đỗ Tuấn Linh, Ngô Văn Nhân, and Trương Lê Công Quốc Hậu not cooperating to clarify information as requested, and Zeus Media failing to fulfill their management responsibilities, they will also be stripped of their rights to participate in the Winter 2024 Promotion Round.
The Shock of the Vietnamese Arena of Valor Community
In fact, Zeus MN’s actions had been reported and discovered quite some time ago. During the Winter 2024 tournament, he faced condemnation and criticism for blatant match-fixing. Zeus Media subsequently terminated their contract with this player and issued an apology. However, this action did not satisfy the gaming community, as many other members remain suspected and unresolved.

Now, after a long wait, Garena has finally imposed a fitting punishment. Zeus MN will become the third player in history, following Be Chanh and NTzz, to be permanently banned from domestic competitions. There is even a possibility that the remaining members of Zeus Media may face similar penalties, as Garena continues to conduct a thorough investigation into the current turmoil.
