I intended to pay you 100,000 Yuan (355 million VND) for further treatment and compensation for mental suffering.”
Medical reports indicate that Ms. Pham suffered from “swelling and pain in the soft tissue on the right side of the lower jaw” and “a skin tear.” The female streamer stated that after her mouth injury, her live streaming performance was affected, resulting in a significant drop in income. She requested Mr. Gia to quickly transfer the 100,000 Yuan, but he only sent 5,480 Yuan (nearly 20 million VND). Therefore, she filed a complaint with the District People’s Court.
Recently, when the court held a hearing, Mr. Gia was absent. His lawyer stated in court that Ms. Pham’s injuries were caused by the mobile phone and that the male fan only wanted to compensate 15 Yuan.
A reporter contacted the man immediately afterward to confirm the amount but received only a cold hang-up.
