Since rising to fame as the “poorest YouTuber in Vietnam”, Sang Vlog has unexpectedly faced a lot of negative criticism from the online community. And this time is no exception. Specifically, in his latest clip, he proudly showed his viewers that he had bought a new phone worth 18 million VND, simply because his old phone was too outdated and could not handle long, high-quality video editing.

This seems to be a response to the latest criticisms directed at Sang Vlog, as many people claim he has a strong film crew behind him. The evidence? Just look at the quality of the products and videos on his channel; many believe they could not have been produced with an old and outdated phone. Not to mention, the camera angles are also well-chosen. They also did not forget to criticize him for being “fake poor”.

In response to these comments, Sang Vlog sincerely shared: “All this time, I’ve been making videos alone, filming landscape clips or cooking with the kids, which are all done by them. There are times when I had to place the camera on one hill and run over to the other hill to start filming. Doing it all by myself is tough, but I’m used to it. I just want my frame to include all the scenery and the simplest things so that everyone feels closest to me, so a bit of hardship is okay. So having a team behind me is not true, everyone“.

Additionally, he added that he would never accept advertisements like many other YouTube channels, despite the fact that this could bring in a lot of money, as it would affect YouTube viewers. And finally, this YouTuber believes that making YouTube videos does not require modern, expensive equipment, but rather “just a determination in your heart, never giving up, and a mindset of ‘if others can do it, I can do it too’“.
Currently, Sang Vlog’s shares are still receiving mixed comments.
