Dogs always have an unconditional love for those who take care of them. They wag their tails when they see you, regardless of your mood at that moment. The connection between dogs and humans is a very special relationship; it’s no coincidence that many people consider dogs to be the most loyal friends of humans. However, in the natural world, there are also many touching stories of bonds between animals that many experts find difficult to explain.

Recently, the story of two poodle sisters named Monty (black fur) and Rosie (white fur) is a prime example. According to reports from the Daily Mail, a dog owner was out for a walk when he encountered an interesting situation. His dog suddenly interacted with another poodle, but this one had white fur. Both poodles immediately rushed to each other and embraced, surprising their owners.

It is known that both poodles are related as they were born from the same mother, but shortly after, each was adopted by different families. After about 10 months of separation, the two dogs coincidentally met on the street and had an interesting reunion moment. While dogs typically wag their tails to express excitement upon reuniting with their owners, the two poodle sisters chose to embrace each other instead. The image of both of them quickly became a viral sensation on social media.

The owner of the black poodle shared that the context of this “meeting” was when her father took the pet for a walk. Meanwhile, the owner of the white poodle was also surprised by their expressions: “It’s been over 10 months, and they still recognize each other.”

According to veterinary care experts, if dogs are born and live together until about 16 weeks old, they can still recognize each other if they meet again later. However, if they are separated early (around 12 weeks), the chances of them recognizing their sibling are very slim. With the story of Monty and Rosie, many believe that a “miracle” has occurred.
