Recently, Google is facing a fine of up to $5 billion in a lawsuit in the U.S. for violating users’ privacy rights even when they are using incognito mode. However, Google has countered that they had clearly informed users in advance about the data they would collect, so they are not at fault in this matter.

This means that users are fully aware of what they are doing and what they may face. In this case, regardless of whether you use incognito mode or not, third parties still have the right to collect your data and behavior as usual; there are only a few minor changes between these two modes. All that incognito mode does is erase traces on your computer and prevent other browsing sessions from using cookies from previous sessions. Therefore, browsing the web in incognito mode can be said to be quite useless; what do you think about this?
