At CES 2021, Asus unveiled two new ZenBook Duo models with dual screens. The 15-inch version will be available in April, while the 14-inch version priced at $999.99 is available for pre-order starting today. Additionally, Asus launched a new VivoBook and an ExpertBook, aimed at those who prefer compact designs.
The ZenBook Duo line from Asus features a unique dual-screen design, with a main display (standard screen) and a secondary screen (ScreenPad Plus) integrated into the upper half of the keyboard. Some software like Adobe applications offer special support for this ScreenPad Plus interface. In other cases, you can keep chat windows, Facebook, or Telegram on this secondary screen to avoid distractions while working.

ZenBook Pro Duo 15 OLED features a 15.6-inch main display, which is an upgraded version with an OLED screen of the ZenBook Pro Duo 15. The 14-inch version has been upgraded from the ZenBook Duo 14 released last year. Both models have Intel’s Evo certification, meaning they are guaranteed to deliver powerful performance, long battery life, and many other features.
The two new ZenBook Duo models differ in specifications. The Pro Duo 15 OLED is equipped with Intel’s 10th generation processors (up to Core i9) and the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. The ZenBook Duo 14 features Intel’s 11th generation processors (Core i7 or Core i5) with Intel’s integrated Iris Xe graphics chip.

Another exciting upgrade on both new ZenBook Duo models is the liftable ScreenPad Plus, which is no longer flat on the keyboard. This allows users to avoid bending down to see the secondary screen, a very inconvenient experience on previous ZenBook Duo versions.
Asus has also improved the software to better support this ScreenPad Plus secondary screen, particularly enhancing multitasking experiences with multiple applications running simultaneously.
