On February 5th, ETToday reported on a kissing incident that recently occurred in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. A young man waiting for an elevator experienced an unexpected situation: One of two strange girls standing by the elevator approached him, pulled down his mask, and kissed him passionately. After the kiss, the strange girl disappeared like the wind.
According to Chinese media, the incident happened around 10:00 PM on January 30th. Surveillance footage shows the girl in the white hat unexpectedly stepping in front of the young man. The strange girl then raised her hand to pull down the mask of her counterpart and looked at his face.
After a few seconds of gazing, the girl in the white hat leaned in to kiss the young man, gradually pulling him into the blind spot of the camera. The girl’s sudden action startled him, and unsure of how to react, he raised both hands in surprise.
The entire process of the young man being kissed lasted less than a minute.
When the elevator door opened, the girl in the white hat wanted to pull the young man inside to continue kissing, but was stopped by her friend who accompanied her. It was this same friend who pressed the button to close the elevator door, breaking the lingering gaze of the girl in the white hat. Meanwhile, the young man remained standing in his original spot, still in shock from what had just happened.
Later, the young man decided to post the surveillance video on social media in hopes of finding the identity of the mysterious girl. He mentioned that after pulling down his mask, the strange girl said he was exactly the type of man she liked. She then began to kiss him. The young man also shared that the girl hugged him tightly while kissing, with such strength that it felt like she could lift him off the ground.
He expressed on Weibo: “I hope this girl can see this post and respond to me. I really want to get to know her, as her bold personality has left a strong impression on me.”
After the incident was revealed on social media, many netizens openly expressed their jealousy towards the young man, but there were also quite a few who bluntly shared their personal opinions: “Crazy, if the genders were swapped, wouldn’t it be considered harassment, and wouldn’t he be arrested?” The incident is still attracting attention from the online community.
