Yesterday was perhaps one of the most dramatic days for the Wild Rift community and for “the king of boosting” Be Chanh himself. This former player was accused of starving his teammates for three days, providing only 60,000 VND per person for two meals each day. Following that, Be Chanh was criticized for his unprofessional attitude during matches and team training, frequently getting angry and blaming his teammates, despite being the one who was “feeding”.

Within the last 24 hours, Be Chanh announced his retirement from professional Wild Rift gaming. It’s unclear what this former “jungle god” will do next; all we know is that Be Chanh has fired back against the accusations directed at him.

“You misspelled my name and then want to expose me. And you’re threatening me, that sounds like enough to report you. Oh, two fools bought a house and made a team, while you have a net café, what do you have? When in a team, you act like trash and sleep until 3-4 AM and still don’t wake up. If you want to expose someone, look at yourself first. Alright, we are fools, you are the best, so you should expose us. If you are going to follow the drama, be smart about it. Humans aren’t cattle that can be led around.”

Following that, Be Chanh also stated that he did not starve his teammates as alleged, saying: “Oh, I forgot about the starving thing, look at those who were supposedly starved, they are even fatter than me, I’m just bones, yet they want to succeed without effort. I had a seafood meal that cost nearly 5 million VND and they still complained, so what do they want, abalone and fish? I lost, so I eat instant noodles as usual.”

In response to what seemed like threats from the accuser, Be Chanh remarked: “We’re grown up, we don’t resolve things with our fists, right? What’s the point of going to the authorities? If everyone is a ‘yangho’ (a slang term for troublemaker), then it would be chaotic. I’m someone who says no to fighting, okay?”
It seems that the drama surrounding this incident is far from over, as there are still many unresolved issues behind it. It remains unclear who is in the right or wrong, and we will continue to update information in the coming time.
