MrBeast – the guy who just outpaced PewDiePie to become the YouTuber with the highest number of subscribers is probably no longer a stranger to many people. Famous for his wealth along with unique, interesting challenges and content creation that few can replicate, MrBeast frequently brings surprising experiences, and above all, valuable prizes for participants. Recently, this guy once again excited the gaming community by partnering with Fortnite and organizing a tournament with a prize pool of up to 1 million USD (nearly 24 billion VND).

Specifically, this YouTuber has partnered with Fortnite to launch a map called MrBeast’s Extreme Survival Challenge – where players will log in to participate in the challenge. The event is set to take place at 12pm ET on December 17 (which is midnight on December 18) and all Fortnite players around the world can join. But the special point is that this will not be a survival arena like the usual Fortnite maps, but MrBeast’s challenge will require players to jump and avoid obstacles while collecting coins, similar to how mobile games like Temple Run operate.

The rules of the event are also very simple. Players can participate an unlimited number of times, but only their highest score throughout the event will be recorded. When time runs out, the person with the highest score will receive 1 million USD in cash. There is only one cash prize, but at the same time, the next 100,000 players with the highest scores will receive an in-game item called the Brest Brella Umbrella – which, aside from its decorative purpose, is also considered a memento of the event.

In addition, Epic Games is also preparing to add a series of MrBeast-themed items, emotes, and outfits to Fortnite in time for the upcoming event.
